Training Guide for Online Ordering at Eastern Food Baltimore

Inputting a New Order

• Open Internet browser and go to www.easternfoodbaltimore.com.
• Click on the Order Online logo, and a new window will pop up.
• Type in your User ID
• Type in your Password.
• Click on New Order.
• Click on Continue.
• Type Customer P.O.
• Enter the Date of the requested delivery.
• Click on Submit.
• Click on the drop-down menu (arrow pointing down) to choose the Order Guide
• Click Go.
• Place the order by inserting the Quantity for the desired item.
• Click Next to view additional pages.
  NOTE: ***You do not need to hit submit after every page. ***
• When the order is complete, click Done.
• Review the order to make sure that it is correct.
• Click Done to complete the order for this P.O.
• A question will be asked:
  • Do you want to display suggested items?
  • Click No, done with order.
• At the Main Menu, start over by clicking 1 (Order Entry) again.
• Choose New Order again to select a different P.O. to enter another order.
